ISM
In Reedy's ISM program, I chose to study applied physics. This field of physics allowed for usage of both engineering and theoretical physics principles to study phenomena like those associated with quantum mechanics.

For my final product, I produced a scholarly article which outlines an experiment, created by me and my mentor, Dr. Will Flanagan of UD. This experiment measured the speed of muons produced by solar or cosmic rays colliding with the upper atmosphere.

ENGINEERING
Electrical- In my ISM class, I created and programmed an Arduino circuit board to launch projectiles, testing the accuracy of a simulation which predicted their flight.

I continue to learn and practice electrical engineering with breadboards and Arduinos in and outside of school.
​
Software- In completing the ISM project described above, I also created a Python program which calculated the outcome of projectile motion based on descriptive mathematical frameworks.

I'm also proficient at C++ coding, which enabled me to program the Arduino utilized to create the projectile launcher.
IDW- I have taken and am currently in several classes teaching principles and methods surrounding engineering.
ILLUSTRATION
I am helpfully proficient at artistic illustration and depiction, capable of putting any idea in my mind onto paper, or replicating an image artfully.

I've earned recognition at artistic competitions such as VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event).
​
I have taken and am currently in several classes concerning art.
WRITING
I am proficient at creative and persuasive writing, having participated and placed in a poetry competition at the age of ten, my poem being published in a book called In My Lifetime.

A novel written by myself is currently undergoing publication.

At Frisco Reedy High School, I won the school's first ever debate trophy at a tournament in ninth grade.

I'm also founder and president of Reedy's Creative Writing club.
